PFPE Oils, Greases, and Dispersions

Perfluoropolyether (PFPE) lubricants are often chosen for their extreme temperature capabilities (-90° C to 250° C), excellent compatibility with virtually all materials (including plastics and elastomers), or their inertness: PFPEs do not react with oxygen, other gasses, chemicals, solvents, or automotive fluids.  CHRISTO-LUBE® offers PFPE oils, greases, and dispersions.

CHRISTO-LUBE® 1204 -40 to 200

CHRISTO-LUBE® 1204 is synthetic grease made from polyfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluid thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polymer. This grease has excellent low temperature properties and is inert to oxygen and other aggressive chemicals. The PFPE fluid has extremely low surface tension and this gives CHRISTO-LUBE® 1204 the ability to work in applications where other lubrican ts fail due to lubricant starvation. The fully fluorinated chemistry is completely compatible with a vast majority of plastics and elastomers.

CHRISTO-LUBE® 1294 -60 to 250

CHRISTO-LUBE® 1294 is an extremely wide temperature capable PFPE grease thickened with PTFE. The high Viscosity Index fluorinated oil allows this grease to operate from -60C to 250C. This grease exhibits extremely low volatility, with minimal change in base oil viscosity over much of its operating range. Like all PTFE lubricants, this grease does not oxidize or varnish like most other lubricants when heated to extremes. It is also resistant to most aggressive chemicals and will not affect most plastics and elastomers. Great for bearings, gears, tracks, cables and most moving parts that need to operate over a wide temperature range.

CHRISTO-LUBE® 405 -40 to 200 CHRISTO-LUBE® 405 is synthetic grease made from perfluoropolyether fluid thickened with polytetrafluoroethy lene. This grease is inert to aggressive chemicals, fuels, water, and oxygen. It has excellent compatibility with almost all plastics and elastomers. This material has no flash point. PFPE fluids have extremely low surface tension that allows them to work in situations where other lubricants fail due to lubricant starvation.

CHRISTO-LUBE® 432 CHRISTO-LUBE® 432 (AA091022) is a perfluoropolyether (PFPE) base fluid thickened with PTFE. It contains a high solids content to improve load carrying capability, sound and force dampening.
CHRISTO-LUBE® 450 -60 to 200 CHRISTO-LUBE® 450 is synthetic grease made from polyfluoropolyether (PFPE) fluid thickened with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) polymer and fortified with molybdenum disulfide. The PFPE base fluid exhibits extremely low surface tension, thus giving CHRISTO-LUBE® 450 the ability to work in applications where other lubricants fail due to lubricant starvation. CHRISTO-LUBE® 470 -40 to 130 CHRISTO-LUBE® 470 is synthetic grease made from perfluoropolyether fluid thickened with an organic thickener system. This grease is inert to aggressive chemicals, fuels, water, and oxygen. It has excellent compatibility with almost all plastics and elastomers. This material has no flash point. CHRISTO-LUBE® B4010 -60 to 300 CHRISTO-LUBE® B4010 is high technology perfluoropolyether fluid that possesses excellent thermal stability and resistance to chemicals and oxygen-rich environment. Its very low pour point and excellent oxidative stability allow it to function in a very broad temperature range. CHRISTO-LUBE® B4010 also possesses excellent radiation hardness and low evaporation loss that make it suitable for aerospace applications. Since it is non-reactive with metal, plastic, rubber, and other elastomers, it is useful in a wide variety of applications. It also has an extremely high viscosity index which means that its viscosity changes less than many other fluids as temperature changes. CHRISTO-LUBE® CHRISTO-KLEEN1 CHRISTO-KLEEN 1 is a high-performance hydrofluorocarbon fluid with a low potential for global warming and zero ozone depletion properties. CHRISTO-KLEEN 1 is ideal for use in vapor degreasing, wipe or dip cleaning, rinsing or drying. It can replace hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) and perfluorocarbon (PFC) fluids in most applications. CHRISTO-KLEEN 1 is ideally suited for cleaning submicron particulates from metal and nonmetal surfaces. CHRISTO-KLEEN 1 has demonstrated excellent performance in removing CHRISTO-LUBE® PFPE lubricants from many substrates.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1006 -60 to 300 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1006 is a fully fluorinated oil which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium to light viscosity PFPE oil is especially useful in lubricating plastic and elastomer components where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1006 can also be used as an impregnating fluid for use in sintered metal bearings.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1011 is registered with NSF as an H-1 lubricant meaning it is acceptable for use in or around food processing equipment.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1037N -50 to 260 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1037N is a fully fluorinated oil which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This high viscosity PFPE oil is especially useful in lubricating plastic and elastomer components where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 106 -75 to 150 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 106 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This soft fluorinated lubricant is especially useful in lubricating bearings, gears, splines and actuators at low temperatures where extremely low torque is an important factor. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1066 -54 to 149 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1066 is insoluble in most solvents, non-reactive with strong acids and alkalis, compatible with plastics, elastomers and most metals, and has a wide operating temperature range. Because of its unique properties, CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 1066 can be used in many areas of high technology including damping, hydraulic, and heat transfer fluids, lubricating oil. It can also be used in environments of extreme corrosiveness, oxidation and radiation where conventional oils would fail to function.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 109 -65 to 250 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 109 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is especially useful in lubricating bearings, gears and actuators typically found in the semiconductor industry. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 109 is clean room compatible and performs exceptionally well under extreme vacuum environments.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is especially useful in lubricating valve and regulator components where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 is qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G Types I, II & III and is also registered with NSF as an H-1 lubricant meaning it is acceptable for use in or around food processing equipment.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111-20 -60 to 230 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111-20 is CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 suspended in a non-combustible fluorinated solvent. Once applied to a lubricated part, the solvent will evaporate leaving a uniform thin film of CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111 on the surface. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 111-20 is especially useful in lubricating valve and regulator components such as threads and o-rings.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 112 -50 to 260

CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 112 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is especially useful in lubricating valve and regulator components where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 114 -60 to 300 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 114 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This soft fluorinated lubricant is useful in lubricating components found on aircraft and aerospace vehicles where resistance to hydrocarbon fuel and liquid oxygen are important factors. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 116 -20 to 230 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 116 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is useful in lubricating components found on aircraft and aerospace vehicles where resistance to hydrocarbon fuel and liquid oxygen are important factors. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 116 is qualified to MIL-PRF-27617G Type III.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 129 -30 to 125

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 129 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is particularly useful in lubricating valve and regulator components found in medical and industrial gas applications. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 129 is registered with NSF as an H-1 lubricant meaning it is acceptable for use in or around food processing equipment.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 132 -20 to 250

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 132 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is formulated with a thermally stable base oil making it especially suitable for use in high temperature environments. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 132 is formulated with corrosion inhibitors for protection of metal parts and is registered with NSF as an H-1 lubricant meaning it is acceptable for use in or around food processing equipment.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 132BN -20 to 230

CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 132 BN is a wide temperature range, perfluoropolyether grease which was developed for use in low-pressure systems where non-reactivity with chemicals including strong acids and oxidizers, fuels, solvents, etc. is an important factor. The grease is suitable for use in applications including electrical contacts, gears, valves, screws, bearings, and in systems employing elastomeric and plastic seals, gaskets, and o-rings. Although CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 132 BN is very inert, newly exposed rubbing surfaces of aluminum and magnesium may react with the grease under certain extreme conditions.

CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 132N is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This fluorinated lubricant is formulated with a thermally stable base oil making it especially suitable for use in high temperature environments.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 146 -70 to 150 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 146 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This soft fluorinated lubricant is especially useful in lubricating bearings, gears, splines and actuators at low temperatures where extremely low torque is an important factor. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 146 is formulated with corrosion inhibitors for protection of lubricated parts in long term storage and is also registered with NSF as an H-1 lubricant meaning it is acceptable for us in or around food processing equipment.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 153 -30 to 230 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 153 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is especially useful in lubricating valve and regulator components where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor. Additionally, CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 153 is used to lubricate plastic components typically found in automotive applications and is approved to Chrysler Material Specification MS-9987.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 153MS -30 to 250 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 153MS is a wide temperature capable perfluoropolyether grease developed for use in high temperature with high load applications. It contains molybdenum disulfide for extreme pressure capability and is non-reactive with most chemicals, strong acids, fuels and solvents. Also, it is compatible with most plastics and elastomers.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 159 -20 to 260

CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 159 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This NLGI Grade #3 fluorinated grease is especially useful in lubricating bearings, gears and actuators typically found in the semiconductor industry. CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 159 is clean room compatible and performs exceptionally well under extreme vacuum conditions.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 189 -60 to 200

CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 189 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is especially useful in lubricating valve and regulator components where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor. CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 197 -40 to 250 A high viscosity fluorinated grease with excellent high temperature capability, excellent chemical resistance, and excellent material compatibility.
CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 199 -30 to 250

CHRISTO-LUBE®® MCG 199 is a fully fluorinated grease thickened with PTFE. This grease operates under extreme temperature conditions, has outstanding stability with oxygen and excellent compatibility with metals, plastics and elastomers. This medium consistency fluorinated lubricant is especially useful where non-reactivity with harsh chemicals, fuels and solvents is an important factor.

CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 200 -30 to 230 CHRISTO-LUBE® MCG 200 is a fluorinated polysiloxane grease thickened with PTFE which operates under extreme temperature conditions. This non-migrating fluorosilicone lubricant is clean room compatible and is especially useful in lubricating various types of bearing, gears and rails found in semiconductor manufacturing environments.
